Making sure you get the best possible service is what we do, so if you notice your order is incorrect within 28 days of purchasing, please get in contact with our friendly customer service team here prior to returning the item.
If you can attach a photo of the incorrect item with the labels clearly shown, this will help us get the matter resolved for you as quickly as possible.
We'll then send you a free returns label, making your return nice and easy. Once the item has arrived back at our warehouse, we’ll then be in touch to let you know the next steps.
