Think you're missing an item from your order?
The first thing to check is the invoice delivered with the parcel, is the item on the invoice but missing from the parcel? If an item that was originally ordered is not showing on the invoice, please check your emails, there may have been a stock issue that we've notified you of.
If you still think there is an item missing from your order, please get in contact with our friendly customer service team here within 7 days of the order being delivered.
We can look into this matter for you straight away, investigate with the courier if necessary and get the issue resolved for you.
