Changed your mind on an order?
We try to process and get your order out to you as quickly as possible, but if you wish to cancel your order, please let us know no later than 15 minutes after your original order has been placed.
You can contact our friendly customer service team at email@example.com, just let them know your order reference (you'll find this in your order confirmation email) and we'll do what we can to cancel your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled, if it has already been processed it will be delivered to you as per the confirmation. Not to worry though, you can still return the item(s) to us for a refund.
